Travis’s overall performance really excelled in 2004. With his strong showing in local and national events Travis expects to be a top contender in 2005 in every event he participates in. It is racers like Travis Buxton, which make fellow racers recognize Wyoming as a state that can turn out some competitive racers. At his level of racing, it is very competitive, and only the top racers can compete in the main events at these nationally sanctioned races. Travis has proven himself as being a top competitor in the Western United States with his 2nd and 3rd place finishes at the Mile High Nationals in Dacono, Colorado. One can easily say that Travis will be a leader and an inspiration for all his teammates on Team Pedal-Slave.
